Artist/Curator Inti Guerrero [Bogotá, 1983] is currently Curator-in-Residence at Capacete entretenimentos in Rio de Janeiro and former Curatorial Fellow of De Appel's Curatorial Programme in Amsterdam.
Previously studied Art History and Theory at Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, where he also double-minored in 'General History' at the Faculty of Social Sciences and in 'History of Architecture' at the Faculty of Architecture & Design. In 2004-2005 he studied at Universidade de São Paulo-USP in Brazil, in both the Faculty of Philosophy & Human Sciences-FFLCH and at the School of Visual Arts-ECA.
In Bogotá, he has written for Arteria-Art Journal, curated "Fooling the Enemy" [Laboratorio Interdisciplianrio para las Artes, 2008] "Are we far or near to the Jungle?" [Window Display-U. Andes, 2005], "I’m real: videos by Juan Pablo Echeverri" [Theatron Gay Night Club, 2006], and co-curated "Yo no soy esa... I'm not her" [Galería Santa Fe, 2004] and "Elocuti-o-nis" [Sala Alterna, 2003] among other curatorial projects.
